Alisa Wayland, DVM

Dr. Wayland graduated from Colorado State University in 2000. Looking for a new challenge, she and her husband moved to Connecticut shortly thereafter. Dr. Wayland worked in Norwalk, CT. in a high volume, multi-doctor practice for three years. Although it was a difficult decision, she left to begin working closer to home.

In March of 2003, Dr. Wayland joined our staff concentrating on preventative health care and internal medicine. 

Personally she enjoys spending time with her husband and animals engaging in nationally ranked dock diving (Team Blabador) (with an appearance on the David Letterman Show), competitive Frisbee and other dog sports, hiking, yoga and music. She lives with her own petting zoo of eight dogs and four cats.
