Ginnie

Ginnie is a student at Nonnewaug High School currently studying animal science.  She attends to all the pets in the hospital after school.  She enjoys all animals and has several of her own including a horse.  She is always looking for caring people to take in homeless pets.

Janine

 

Janine has been with us for quite some time and can be found behind the scenes caring for boarders and hospital patients, as well as providing grooming services since 2002. 

Her professional interests include dog training and nutrition.  Outside of work, Janine enjoys spending time with her dogs - three rescued pit bull mixes and a Neapolitan mastiff.  Janine takes every opportunity to educate others about pit bulls and how wonderful they can be.

Kristen

Kristen has been a valued employee since 2002.  She is responsible for the care and well-being of boarding animals as well as post-op patients.  Kristen is utilized in many other areas of the hospital such as kennel, surgery, X-ray and lab work.

When Kristen is not working, she enjoys fitness and the outdoors.  She spends much of her time hiking, mountain  biking, water and snow skiing, walking her dog "Foxy" and going to the gym.  She makes her own unique jewelry and cares for her perpetual two year old "Buddy", the blue and gold macaw.
